Meet Our CEO
Keith Fernandez is the CEO and Owner of Monarch Financial Consulting LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking and has helped clients raise over $4.5 billion in Equity and Debt Capital. He has served on M&A engagements aggregating over $1.0 billion.
A seasoned Financial Professional, Keith graduated with a BA in Economics with Honors from Harvard College and received his MBA from Wharton Business School in Finance, where he graduated 2nd in his class.
Keith has worked at leading Wall Street Private Equity Firms and Investment Banks, including KKR and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Through Monarch, Keith provides all the services of a Private Equity or Investment Banking VP, except on an as needed basis, saving your Firm time and money and providing you with a flexible talent resource.
He also works with numerous start-ups and small businesses to help them raise capital through his VC networks and solve their business problems. He has served as a Fractional CFO for numerous of his clients and enjoys working with small business to help them flourish!
